4 Day Shamanic Workshop

For those of you who want to grow in the medicine but don’t have the time or finances to book a full 9-day tour, our 4-day workshop is a great opportunity. Join us for 4 days and 3 nights of healing, personal growth, and connection to Spirit!
- Where: Blue Morpho Lodge-Km 52.5 Iquitos Nauta Rd
- Options: 4 Day Workshops are offered back to back with 1 day in between. Guests can pre-book to stay for the second workshop. They will have the option to stay at the camp (for no extra cost ) between the conclusion of the first workshop and the second.
- The Shamanic Dieta is only available to guests who stay for both 4 day workshops.
- Price: $ 1125 with August discount, usually $1250 per person
- Format: 4-day/3-night shamanic workshop (includes 3 Ayahuasca ceremonies)
Reservation Deadline: The deadline to book reservations is two weeks prior to each trip's commencement.
- Deposit: To reserve your place on the tour, we require a deposit of a 50% minimum per person, payable by credit card or via Western Union Online. Note that Western Union may charge you up to 8-10% to make the transfer. The remaining trip balance must be paid at the Iquitos office, before the tour begins, in U.S. dollars cash (preferred) or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). We do not accept travelers’ checks. Also note that ATMs in Iquitos limit withdrawals to $500 daily, so you may need to bring the cash with you to pay your tour balance.
- Meals: All meals are included. Purified water, coffee, and a selection of teas are available at all times.

Schedule of Events for the 4-Day Shamanic Workshop
On Monday morning at 10:00 A.M., meet at the new Blue Morpho office, located at #515 Avenida Guardia Civil, Pampachica. (See the “Where is Blue Morpho?” page on our Web site for detailed directions.) We depart Iquitos at 11:00 A.M. for the 1.5-hour trip to the Ayahuasca Shamanic Center.

1st day / Sunday Arrival at Blue Morpho Shamanic Center Afternoon: Discussion of Ayahuasca/orientation meeting Evening: 1st sacred Ayahausca ceremony Meals: Lunch
Arrive at the Blue Morpho Jungle Camp around 12:30 P.M.
After settling into your private accommodations, go on a short walk around the area to familiarize yourself with your surroundings. Return for an orientation meeting before lunch.
Have lunch (your last meal for the day, due to a mandatory evening fast before the Ayahuasca ceremony). After lunch at 2:00 P.M. attend a presentation about the ayahuasca ceremony and Universal spiritual philosophy. Learn how Blue Morpho works to make sure the experience is safe, fun and life changing.
At 6:30 begin the Ayahuasca ceremony with Master Shaman Curandero Alberto Torres Davila. Listen to sacred magical singing, Icaros, as the shamans conduct this sacred ceremony. After the ceremony adjourn to your bed and rest.

2nd day / Monday Morning: Preparation of Ayahuasca, Discussion of Ayahuasca/Q&A with Don Alberto Torres Davila Afternoon: Universal spiritual philosophy discussion Evening: 2nd sacred Ayahuasca ceremony Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Awake early to a hot cup of tea or coffee, and then begin the preparation of Ayahuasca at 7:30 A.M. Connect with Spirit through the beginning stages of preparation of Ayahuasca (sacred visionary teacher plant) that will be used in our ceremonial work. Connect with its spirit through the beginning stages of preparation, then have breakfast.
At 10:00 A.M. attend a Post Ceremony Talk to discuss events from the previous night’s ceremony.
At 12:00 P.M. participate in a group Question and Answer session with Alberto Torres Davila. Learn about his life as a Master Shaman. After lunch, help in the final stages of cooking Ayahuasca.
At 6:30 P.M. begin the 2nd Ayahuasca ceremony.

3rd day / Tuesday Morning: Final Meeting, Jungle Hike Afternoon: Q&A with Hamilton Souther, relaxation and personal reflection Evening: 3rd sacred Ayahuasca ceremony Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
In the morning presentation we will prepare you for your return. Learn how to bring the spirit world into your everyday lives. After the talk go on a guided jungle hike on our hiking trails. See the immensity of the forest, the home to these amazing medicine arts.
In the afternoon, take part in a discussion of Universal spirituality and shamanism. Prepare for the final Ayahuasca ceremony by resting, swimming, or meditating.
At 6:30 P.M., begin the 3rd Ayahuasca ceremony. This ceremony will bring closure to our work. The shaman will offer individual venteadas (blessings and protection) to each guest. Bask in the glory and infiniteness of Spirit, cleansed and transformed.

4th day / Wednesday Return to Iquitos Morning: Pack and prepare for return; group photos and photos with shamans San Juan Arts and Crafts Market Excursion Meals: Breakfast
In the morning, bathe to release the last effects of the previous night’s ceremony. After breakfast, pack and prepare for return. Take group photos and individual photos with the shamans. Depart the Shamanism Center at 10:30 a.m. On the way back to Iquitos stop to see and purchase local jungle arts and craft at the San Juan Arts and Crafts Market. Arrive in Iquitos at 12:30 p.m. renewed after an amazing 4 days with Blue Morpho. Buses leave guests at the Plaza de Armas (main square).
